The Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) is a Medicaid-funded program that provides in‑home skilled nursing and personal care services for medically fragile children under 21 in Georgia.

What is GAPP?

We make the process simple so your child can get skilled, in-home nursing quickly and with full support.

Step by Step:

  1. We come to your home to complete consent forms and collect required documents.

  2. We submit your application to the Georgia Pediatric Program for review; approval usually takes up to 30 days.

  3. After authorization we contact you to schedule and begin nursing care. If the application is denied we support you with the appeal process.

  1. Proof of Georgia Medicaid

  2. Physician Order for skilled nursing or personal care

  3. Parent or Guardian photo ID

  4. Relevant medical records and insurance cards

  • Home visit and paperwork: scheduled after your submitted request.
