FAQs

How are your employees screened?

Every team member undergoes a rigorous pre-employment screening process to ensure safety, professionalism, and peace of mind for your family:

  • Comprehensive criminal background and DMV checks

  • Verification of professional and personal references

  • Social Security and I-9 employment eligibility verification

  • Drug testing — we maintain a strict drug-free workplace

  • Proof of valid auto insurance for caregivers who drive

  • Full insurance coverage and workers’ compensation protection

Is there a minimum service requirement?

Our minimum is just 1 hour per visit, so you can start small and adjust as needed. We also offer around-the-clock care, every day of the year, if your loved one requires more support.

What types of medical equipment does Prime Care Home Health provide?

We offer a wide range of medical equipment to support safe, comfortable care at home — including mobility aids, hospital beds, oxygen supplies, and more. Our team works closely with you to identify the right equipment based on your loved one’s medical needs and living environment.

Is 24/7 care available?

Absolutely. We provide round-the-clock home health care, including nights, weekends, and holidays — because care needs don’t follow a schedule.

Is Prime Care Home Health properly licensed?

Yes. We are a state-approved home healthcare provider in Georgia, fully compliant with all local and state regulations. Our licensing ensures that our caregivers and clinical staff meet rigorous standards for safety, training, and quality of care.

Do I have to commit long-term?

No — we never lock clients into long-term commitments. You’ll sign a simple Service Agreement outlining the services, schedule, and preferences you’ve selected. You’re free to adjust or cancel care at any time without penalty, and our nurse is always available to reassess and update your care plan as your needs evolve.

How do I start services?
